Papaya Leaf Extract is known to contain alkaloid and flavonoid compounds that can inhibit the preparation of peptidoglycan in bacterial cells reduce immunity target organisms. For ease use papaya leaf extract, it formulated form a mask. This study aims formulate clay mask from ethanol extract effectiveness anti-acne for 4 weeks. The method used this an experimental carried out at AKAFARMA laboratory Banda Aceh. samples were Formula 0, 1, 2 3 masks with concentrations 1 (2.5 %), (5%) (7%). results research on physical properties stability organoleptic testing showed all formulas did not change color odor weeks, but there was shape F0, FI, FII 28th day. homogeneity test preparations homogeneous arrangement. resulting pH 5.7-6.5, dispersion 5-5.5. dried resulted 25-30 minutes. each FII, FIII average percentage reduction number acne 20.83%, 22.63%, 28.75%, 50%.
